Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon double-acting baking powder
  • 48 pecan halves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
