Butterscotch-Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons whiskey
