Ingredients

  • 1 1.4-oz. Heath candy bar, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • Pie:
    • 2 teaspoons whiskey
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 large egg yolks
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • Pudding:
    • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
    • ¼ cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate
