Butterscotch Pudding with Bourbon-Brown Sugar Meringue

Ingredients

• ¼ cup butter
• ¾ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
