Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup heath bar toffee bits
  • ¾ cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup milk (I used almond milk, but regular or soy would be fine)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ¼ cups flour
    • ½ cup dark brown sugar
    • ½ cup white sugar
    • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened to room temp
