Butterscotch Toffee Fudge


  • ¾ cup(s) light cream
  • 1 jar(s) marshmallow cream (7 ounce jar)
  • 1 pound(s) light brown sugar
  • 6 ounce(s) butterscotch chips
  • 5 Skor or Heath bars, chopped
  • ¼ cup(s) butter

Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy 3 quart saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chips. Stir until melted, add Skor bars and stir until blended. Grease a 9 inch square pan. Pour fudge into pan. Refrigerate til cold. Cut in squares.
