Buttery Baby Limas With Tarragon Mustard


  • ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt-based spread (such as Brummel & Brown)
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans, thawed

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan; add beans. Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Drain well. Add yogurt-based spread and remaining ingredients to beans; stir well.
