Buttery Balsamic Broccoli


  • 1 headbroccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar (good quality)
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt

1 Cook broccoli in 1 inch of boiling water until tender crisp (about 2 min). 2 While broccoli is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan or microwavable dish. 3 Add balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt and whisk together. 4 Drain broccoli, add butter mixture and toss until well coated.
