Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

Bring beans and water to cover to a boil over high heat; cook 2 minutes. Drain beans; rinse with cold water, and drain.Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, and cook 2 minutes or until butter begins to brown. Add beans, and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with salt.
