Buttery Lace Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup butter, melted
• ¼ teaspoon almond extract
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats

1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, sugar, flour and baking powder. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extracts. Stir in butter and pecans. 2.
