Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 (6-ounce) packages Broccolini
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt, divided
  • 4 quarts water

1. Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan; add 2 teaspoons salt. Cook Broccolini in batches for 5 minutes; remove with a slotted spoon. Drain. 2.
