Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup sake
  • 2 ½ cups green onions
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 6 Thai bird chiles

    • 2 ½ pounds mussels
