Ingredients

  • 1 head curly endive, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, divided
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 (10-ounce) packages fresh pearl onions
    • 1 head red cabbage, shredded
