Cabbage And Carrots Parmesan


  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups finely sliced napa (Chinese) cabbage
  • 1 cup freshly shredded carrot
  • 1 ½ teaspoons light butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage and carrot; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat; add cheese and remaining ingredients, and stir well. Serve immediately.
