CABBAGE & POLISH SAUSAGE

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 2 pound(s) polish sausage
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 head(s) cabbage(medium)

Chop coarse cabbage into pot of water; boil for 30 minutes. Turn stove down to 300° and add 2" length polish sausages. Cover and cook 1 hour or until cabbage is tender. Best served hot with corn bread.
