Cabbage-Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients

• 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained
• Apple slices (optional)
• ¼ cup light mayonnaise
• 1 ½ cups chopped Red Delicious apple (about 2 medium)
• Cabbage leaves (optional)
• 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
• ¼ cup golden raisins
• + 1 more ingredients
• • ½ cup chopped celery

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine drained pineapple, shredded cabbage, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
