Cabbage Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 ¼ pounds red cabbage, chopped
    • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
    • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper

1. Toss cabbage, ramen noodles and seasoning packets, red bell pepper, green onion, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut oil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and black pepper together in a large resealable bag until evenly mixed.
