Cabbage Relish

Ingredients

• 1 green pepper (cut fine) (large)
• 1 onion (cut fine)
• 2 stalk(s) celery (cut fine)
• 2 carrots (shredded)
• Salt (to taste)
• ½ cup(s) vinegar
• ¼ cup(s) Salad Oil
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 head(s) cabbage (shredded) (large head)
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar

Boil sugar, vinegar and oil for 2 minutes and then dissolve 1 T. of plain gelatin in a little cold water and mix with the syrup. Cool and mix with vegetables and salt.
