Cabbage-Vegetable Strudel


  • 10 to 12 phyllo dough
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 kohlrabi (turnip cabbage), grated
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 head green cabbage, grated

Put cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes. Transfer to a colander and wring out excess liquid. Transfer cabbage to a large skillet and add oil.
