CABBAGE WEDGES WITH CRACKER CRUMBS

Ingredients

  • 10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 head cabbage, cut in wedges

Cook cabbage until tender in slightly salted water. Drain. Mix together the cheese, soup and crackers. Pour the mixture over the cabbage wedges in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
