Cabbage with Eggs Recipe


  • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (Hua Tiao/Shao Hsing) optional
  • 1 egg lightly beaten with ¼ tsp light soy sauce and white pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 slices ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • dashes of white pepper powder to taste
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup water
    • 250 grams or half a head cabbage (Beijing Cabbage/高丽菜/卷心菜 ) sliced to 2-cm width
