Cabbage with Green Onions and Caraway

Ingredients

  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup dry vermouth or dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add first 7 ingredients. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage wilts, stirring occasionally. Add vermouth; cook 2 minutes.
