Cabernet Chocolate Truffles


  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 5 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite cabernet sauvignon
  • sprinkles or cocoa powder for rolling
