  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup(s) cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil

    • 2 romaine hearts size pieces
    • Vegetable oil
    • 1 oil-packed anchovy fillet
