Caesar-Style Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup red onion
    • 1 head romaine
    • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste

In a small food processor blend together yogurt, anchovy paste, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, 2 tablespoons Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste and transfer to a bowl or jar.
