Caffè Shakerata


  • 8 ounces simple syrup
  • 8 ounces freshly brewed espresso
  • Crushed ice for serving
  • Glassware: Rocks glasses

1. Fill the rocks glasses with crushed ice. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the espresso and syrup and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is thoroughly beaded with sweat and is extremely cold to the touch. 3. Strain into the glasses and serve.
