Cajun Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • 2 pound(s) baking potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut potatoes into 3x1/2-inch wedges. Place in large bowl. Add oil; toss to coat well. 2. Mix Cajun seasoning and salt. Sprinkle over potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
