Cake That Doesn't Last!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups cooking oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup walnut pieces or 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 cups mashed bananas

1 Mix dry ingredients in bowl. 2 Make a well in center of the combined dry ingredients and add eggs, pineapple, oil, vanilla and bananas; stir. 3 DON"T BEAT! 4 Pour into greased tube pan. 5 Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
