  • 1 zucchini or yellow summer squash, diced (large)
  • 3 fresh green chiles, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) whole kernel white corn

  • ½ cup(s) Old English or Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine in heavy pan. Sauté the onion until tender; add the squash, chiles, corn and salt and toss until well coated with margarine and onion.
