California Quiche


  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can(s) chopped green chilies (4 ounce can)
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 deep dish pie crust shell
  • ¾ pound(s) mild Italian sausage

Pre-bake unpricked pie crust on preheated cookie sheet in a 450° oven for 6 minutes. Remove pie crust and reduce oven to 325°. Crumble and brown sausage, drain well.
