California Three Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Basil Leaves
  • 4 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Cumin, Ground
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
    • ½ cup(s) dry red wine
    • 1 can(s) (14 ½ ounces) diced tomatoes
    • 1 can(s) (15 ounces) great Northern or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 can(s) (15 ounces) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 can(s) (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onion and green bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes. 2. Stir in beans, tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
