  • Confectioners’ sugar
  • 10 ounces heavy cream
  • 3 ounces ground almonds
  • 4 ounces fine granulated sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons orange flower water
  • 3 tablespoons almond liqueur
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ounce candied orange peel, diced
    • 2 ounces crystallized melon, diced

Soak the melon and orange peel in the almond liqueur and orange flour water overnight, and then drain. Discard the soaking liquid.
