Calming Cedar Tea


  • 2 cups cedar greens, fresh
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons sugar, white

1 n a small pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil. 2 Add 2 cups fresh cedar to boiling water. 3 Boil for 10 minutes or until water becomes golden in color. 4 Strain tea into a small tea pot or bowl. 5 After straining make to dispose of the cedar. 6 Enjoy.
