Calming Chamomile Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 apple, peeled cored chunked
  • ¼ cantaloupe, chunked
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon german chamomile flowers (fresh) or 1 teaspoon german chamomile flowers (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon german chamomile flowers (dried)
  • ½ cup soymilk or ½ cup almond milk

1 Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
