Calming Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • ¼ ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) rosebuds or rose petals
  • ¼ ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) passionflower
  • ¼ ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) chamomile
  • ¼ ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) lemon balm

1. In a bowl, combine each of these dried herbs: lemon balm, chamomile, passionflower, and rosebuds or rose petals; mix well. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of the blend into each bag.
