Cambodian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers, peeled
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 3 dropschili sauce

1 Slice cucumbers lengthwise. Sprinkle salt on cut sides, then place cut-side down on paper towels to drain. After 30 minutes, pat dry. 2 Slice cucumbers into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a large bowl.
