Ingredients

  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 hot chile peppers, chopped
