  • 2 (8-ounce) rounds Camembert cheese, divided*
  • 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ cups finely crushed Italian seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Stir together cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Set cream cheese mixture aside.Trim rind from cheese rounds.
