Cameo Cake

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 6 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
• ¹/₃ cup butter, softened
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 4 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, melted
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 egg, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 ½ cups butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Stir together 3 cups flour, white sugar, and soda. Set aside. 2.
