Campfire Bundles

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cup butter
• 1 -1 ½ lb fully-cooked Polish sausage (cut into ½-inch pieced)
• 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 small cabbage (sliced)
• 6 medium carrots (sliced ¼-inch thick)

  • 1 medium yellow sweet pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper (sliced)
