  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 medium zucchini, seeded and cut into small dice (about ½ cup)
  • 1 thyme sprig
  • 4 ½ cups water
  • 3 cups dry Israeli couscous
  • "Chef's Salt and Pepper Mix":/recipes/10524
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 medium garlic clove, thinly sliced
    • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
