Candied Cream
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped candied ginger
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream
Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form. Stir in candied ginger.
