  • 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (2.07-ounce) chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars
  • 1 (18.25-ounce) package Swiss chocolate cake mix
