Cannellini Beans with Grilled Italian Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ½ cup juice reserved
• 1 bunch arugula or
• 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
• 3 (15 oz.) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage

  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole plum tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped, with
