Cannoli Shells

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¾ cup white wine
• 1 egg yolk, beaten
• 1 quart oil for frying

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Using a fork, blend in the white wine.
