Canoe Bay Onion Tart

Ingredients

• CRUST
• 1 ½ cup(s) sifted flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 4 ounce(s) unsalted butter (very cold), cut into small pieces
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon(s) cold water
• 1 ½ tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
