Canola Oil Pound Cake with Browned Butter Glaze
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons 2% reduced-fat milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Cooking spray with flour (such as Baker's Joy)
- 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
