Cantaloupe and Mango Salsa


  • 1 cup(s) white onion, diced
  • ½ tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cup(s) mango, diced
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 2 cup(s) cantalope, diced

In medium bowl, combine diced cantalope, mango, onion, and cilantro. Whisk together the lime juice, cider vinegar, and olive oil. Drizzle over the fruit; mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving so that all the ingredients can blend together.
