Canyon Ranch Cocoa Chimichanga

Ingredients

• 4 medium bananas
• Olive- or vegetable-oil cooking spray
• 1 ½ tablespoons fat-free chocolate sauce
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 6 phyllo sheets

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine bananas, chocolate sauce, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.
