Canyon Ranch Cocoa Chimichanga
- 4 medium bananas
- 6 phyllo sheets
- 1 ½ tablespoons fat-free chocolate sauce
- Olive- or vegetable-oil cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
