Cape Cod Picnic Salad

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 heads of romaine lettuce
• ¼ cup(s) cranberry chutney or apricot preserve
• 2 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
• 1 red apple, cubed
• 3 tablespoon(s) lime juice

  • ½ pound(s) unsliced deli maple glazed turkey, cubed
  • ¼ cup(s) dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup(s) toasted walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, diced
